In our Pilates Studio Wendy is commonly known as ‘Peking Duck’.
She was doing the Hanging Back one day when one of our very funny clients commented “you’re hanging around up there like a Peking Duck”..” – and that title has stuck ever since.
So, Peking Duck and I have set a 6 week challenge for her to intensify one of her favourite sequences – The Walkover.
We are filming her efforts to get there and will put the finished episodes up on You Tube for y’all to see what happens.
